The School of Biological Sciences
The School of Biological Sciences offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs; the undergraduate student enrollment in the School of Biological Sciences is one of the largest on the Louisiana Tech campus, with approximately 500 undergraduate students. Approximately 45 graduate students are enrolled in degree programs within the School.  We have about 20 faculty members, most of whom are involved in research activities.  Many of the faculty which involve undergraduate students as well as graduate students. 
Undergraduate Studies
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees are offered in Biology, Environmental Science, and Medical Technology. Minors are available in Biology and Environmental Science. Research opportunities are available to undergraduate students interested in obtaining research experience, students can contact individual faculty members to discuss their interests. 
Graduate Studies
The Master of Science (M.S.) degree is offered in Biology and in Molecular Sciences and Nanotechnology (MSNT). Both the M.S. in Biology and the M.S. in MSNT graduate programs are available with a thesis research option or a non-thesis, primarily course-based option.
